Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. This applies to:
• Custom calendars (including photo uploads, personalized dates, or branding)
• Digital products (downloadable calendars)
• Limited edition or print-on-demand items
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not accept returns, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:

📩 Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@montrealposterbabes.com with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damage or defect
If the issue qualifies, we will gladly offer a free replacement or store credit.

Digital Product Issues

For issues accessing or downloading digital calendars, please email us. We’ll ensure you receive the correct file or reissue access if needed.
